I'm currently on software version 2023.44.30.5.1 on my 2021 Model 3 RWD. The fart command works just fine when I'm not looking at the live camera feed but as soon as I launch the live.

Did the update a few days ago and now when pressing the Fart button in Sentry mode, nothing happens. Wondering if anyone else has this issue? I did reboot the car.. A video of the apparent fart mode bug in action was shared online, and needless to say, it definitely does not disappoint. When the Model 3's doors are opened, the vehicle engages the feature.
